Fever’s marketplace is composed of events and experiences hosted by organizers that we provide visibility to via our marketplace and media network.

However, given that Fever and our Secret Media Network provide us with millions of data points and insights around how people consume offline entertainment, we are now able to go one step further in the value chain and create our own “Fever Originals” experiences, similar to how Netflix has begun to create their own shows. We believe there is a huge opportunity to create more of our own content, and continue to provide an amazing content offering to our users!


In Fever, we are looking for a person to join the Sales Operations team as a Team Lead. The tasks will consist of the following:

  • Check and review on a daily basis the work delivered by the team, to detect possible issues and mistakes, and spot opportunities to improve our processes
  • Coordinate the work between the team members and assign all incoming tasks
  • Assist and monitor the execution of big launches and key strategic plans
  • Manage and listen to individual requests/problems from each team member, to guide and assist them in the best way possible
  • Ensure that the team KPIs and goals are met, focusing also on the quality of what is delivered
  • Assist the Sales Operations Manager in different projects related to the Team growth and the improvement of different processes
  • Make sure that all Team members understand the processes established, and are familiar with all the tools and workflow we use
  • Support the Sales Operations Manager in the hiring process according to the headcount needs of the Team
  • Report on a weekly basis to the Sales Operations Manager to review the main challenges and problems and discuss the best way to solve them


  • Experience in team management.
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities. 
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are a solution-oriented and reliable professional.
  • Are incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills.
  • Are flexible. Everything can change very quickly and you know how to adapt
  • Are fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
