THE ROLE

  • Source top talents using a variety of innovative techniques.
  • Develop processes that constantly enhance the hiring process.
  • Spread the Fever message through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc.
  • Work closely with all Fever teams to develop innovative talent-finding strategies.
  • Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth

REQUIREMENTS

  • Residence in Madrid, Spain.
  • 1+ years' experience, preferably including in-house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus.
  • A profile that matches what Fever is looking for.
  • A solid understanding of Fever’s vision, business model and operations.
  • Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships.
