ABOUT THE ROLE

The Security team oversees Fever’s security operations. We are vigilant in ensuring no breach or vulnerability is threatening our company or endangering our employees to keep them safe and protected. As a Crisis Management Specialist, you will report to the Senior Security & Resilience Specialist and be involved in incident and crisis management. This role will require proactivity, autonomy, drive, and a good deal of project management, and may offer the opportunity to obtain exposure to increasing responsibility and leadership functions. You will be supported and coordinated with other key Fever stakeholders.

You will be expected to:

  • Lead end-to-end investigations in all critical, high, and medium security incidents across multiple locations
  • Draft incident reports & communicate incident summaries to senior leadership, end users, project heads, and other stakeholders
  • Establish guidelines and SOPs for different types of security incidents worldwide
  • Lead tasks of incident response and mitigation using platforms and/or programming
  • Optimize security response to specific alerts & incidents
  • Develop and deliver training programs for all Fever project teams worldwide to ensure an adequate response to incidents when they occur
  • Conduct lessons learned and inspections of events to ensure business continuity and improvements where required, are applied

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Experience in a Crisis Management role or similar support function
  • Knowledge of incident handling standards, crisis methodology, frameworks, recommendations and best practices
  • Innovative, strong multi-tasking capabilities 
  • Proven ability to work methodically and calmly under pressure in a very fast-paced environment
  • Speak fluent English, with fluency in other languages a plus (especially Spanish, French, or Portuguese)
  • Bring emotional intelligence to work and the ability communicate effectively with very varied internal and external stakeholders, specially during sensitive situations
  • Bachelor's degree in Security, Criminology, International Relations, Sociology, or related careers
  • Translate complex concepts into easily understood principals
  • Possess strong time management skills and have ownership over work entrusted to you
  • Be comfortable handling highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with users clearly in an international environment such as dealing with different regions such as the Americas, APAC, etc

This role is located at Fever’s HQ in Madrid, and although we can be flexible with the timing you will be expected to move there if you are currently living elsewhere.
