In order to pursue this objective we are looking for bar-raisers, people that want to work hard, have fun, and make history with us.
- You have a proficiency level of English.
- You’re an engineer (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications or Aeronautics) or have a Maths/Statistics background.
- 0-2 year's experience in an analytics role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work successfully across many disciplines.
- Digital marketing background experience in social paid platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of SQL or other query languages preferred.
About the role
- Guide the growth of our marketing teams using a mix of data analysis, visualization and process automation.
- Enhance the performance of the business teams (Marketing, Sales, Fever Originals, etc.) to define/understand KPIs & Business Goals.
- Analyze our marketing investments to maximize revenue and profit.
- Develop and scale events globally leveraging existing and external data.
- Optimize our pricing, inventory, use of creatives and concepts for our Originals events.
- Create new communication and workflow channels and tools between departments.
- Automate and develop the marketing department processes focused on our digital channels.
