- Responsible for the calculation of customer’s contract settlements and services in a timely manner
- Generate and maintain invoices in internal portal and also generate any related government invoices
- Record transactions, ensuring they are correct and accurate.
- Partner Onboarding based on new contracts and contracts adjustments
- Continuous contact with different departments inside Fever to coordinate and execute the contract terms.
- Tax calculation and validation;
- Ad-hoc Sales reports; Invoices reconciliation upon customer request
- Daily support to the commercial team regarding billing processes, invoice status, etc.
- Support in accounting entries and any other internal workflows related to Invoicing.
- Experience: 2 years
- English level: minimum C1. Spanish, German or Portuguese are desirable.
- Education: University or Master degree. Finance and Billing background
- Skills: MySQL, Basic Accounting Principles (GAAP), Advanced Google Sheets. ERP experience is desirable.
- Location: Madrid
