ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Global Licensing Intern to join our team for a 12-month internship, with the potential for a full-time role afterward. This role is ideal for individuals with an analytical mindset and a strong interest in the entertainment industry. The primary responsibility will be to support the global licensing team in managing and expanding our portfolio of live event IPs globally. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support on model creation and maintenance for revenue and EBITDA forecasting
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals for IPs and geographies, conduct ad-hoc cost analyses
  • Conduct weekly pipeline management meetings with cross-functional teams
  • Review and refine existing processes for efficiency and monitor implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business from a Grande Ecole
  • Strong problem-solving skills, focusing on quantitative thinking and analysis, and experience with complex Excel formulas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous internships and experience in fast-paced environments are highly valued.

Our hiring process:

  • A 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit and answer any questions you may have
  • A 60 min online test with three topics: logic, analytics and written understanding
  • A 30 min conversation with your future manager
  • A 45 min video call with your future manager, including questions about your profile and a business case presentation (to be prepared in advance)

On average our process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within a week.
