ABOUT THE TEAM
Growth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our Partners perform as expected, helping them grow within Fever.
Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Workflows and Automations Associate with a structured mindset, who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds a way to get things done! The W&A team is central in enabling Fever to scale rapidly and capture new markets. As an Associate within the W&A team, you will:
- Take a leadership role in establishing new communication channels, workflows, and tools across departments, guiding projects from conception to implementation
- Lead the complete development lifecycle of processes and in-house tools, ensuring they meet strategic objectives
- Conduct comprehensive audits to streamline team requirements, significantly enhancing overall efficiency
- Align the organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing critical tools and procedures
- Collaborate seamlessly with all company departments, including Sales, Originals, Operations, and Marketing, to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Take ownership of key processes and engage with department managers worldwide, spanning 40+ countries and diverse nationalities, from day one
ABOUT YOU
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
- You bring to the table 3-5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias towards data-based decision
- Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills enable you to excel in cross-functional collaboration and effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences with varying backgrounds
- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus, as is proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is a must, while knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset
