Content Creator Specialist

About You

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse and strategic thinker ready to make an impact! If you’re a natural organizer, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love working with creators, this is your moment. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing creative projects or campaigns, ideally in a digital marketing or creative agency.

• A solid understanding of the social media landscape and digital trends that move culture.

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Fluent English skills (written and spoken); fluency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, or Italian is a major plus.

• A track record of successfully coordinating campaigns from brief to launch.

• Experience working with influencers and content creators—and understanding what makes them tick.

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure performance and pivot when needed.

• Top-notch organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.

• A collaborative spirit and excellent interpersonal skills—you know how to bring people together.

• Adaptability and resilience—you get things done in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Availability to be based in Madrid, or excited to relocate to Spain’s capital.

About the Role

This role is a fantastic opportunity to shape Fever’s global creator network and scale standout content across markets. You’ll be at the heart of our creative production process and the go-to person for managing relationships with top creators around the world.

You will:

• Scout, onboard, and manage a growing community of global Content Creators.

• Build and maintain a detailed creator database with all relevant info and insights.

• Match creators to the right campaigns and markets based on creative briefs.

• Scale successful content formats and unlock new creative opportunities.

• Oversee production timelines, ensuring assets are delivered on time and on-brand.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on goals and creative direction.

• Own production logistics—contracts, usage rights, licensing, billing, etc.

• Measure performance and report on results to identify areas for improvement.

• Recommend workflow improvements to streamline operations across teams.

• Become an internal expert in the creator space, building long-term relationships with trendsetters and influencers globally.
