Your Mission

We are looking for a B2B SaaS Client Success Manager to join our Sports squad, a strategic team working with key clients in the sports industry.

You will manage long-term relationships, lead product onboarding, training, and ongoing optimization, helping clients succeed through tailored solutions and outstanding service.

This is an opportunity to blend business strategy, relationship management, and technical expertise, working closely with internal teams to improve customer engagement and optimize onboarding flows.

 

About the role:

  • Guide clients from pre-sales demos to onboarding and long-term support.

  • Train clients on platform tools like Ticket Secure, Flexi Ticket, or our B2C Service.

  • Build trusted relationships and proactively identify upsell opportunities.

  • Work closely with internal teams (design, sales, tech and product) to improve the onboarding experience and drive engagement.

  • Collaborate with Client Support to ensure fast and effective responses.

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the platform’s product gaps in relation to market needs and requirements, and effectively communicate these insights to the Product Team for further development.

  • Represent Onebox at client events and ensure flawless execution.

  • Educate and engage clients, helping them unlock the full potential of the platform.

About you:

Must-haves

  • 4+ years in Client Success or Account Management

  • Experience with B2B clients and tailored product delivery

  • Fluency in Spanish and English – essential for client interactions.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Instinct for commercial opportunities – ability to identify client needs and drive platform adoption.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sports, ticketing, event management, or a SaaS environment.

  • Additional languages

  • International work experience
