About The Team
Secret Media Network is a digital media group focused on recommending perfect plans, discovering great places, sharing things to do and relevant breaking news in different cities around the world. About The Role
We are looking for a Social Search Optimization (SSO) and organic growth expert. Your mission will be to lead our Discoverability strategy, ensuring our content becomes the top-tier answer to user queries across social platforms. The primary focus of this role is maximizing reach and acquiring new qualified followers on every platform, turning recommendation algorithms into consistent growth engines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audience Growth & Acquisition: Design and execute strategies specifically aimed at new follower acquisition and organic reach expansion across all channels.
- Social Search & Discoverability: Optimize content structure, formats, and metadata to maximize visibility on TikTok Search, Instagram Explore, YouTube Search, and LinkedIn.
- Multi-platform Adaptation: Lead the content adaptation framework to ensure every asset performs at its peak according to specific platform algorithms (vertical video, carousels, threads).
- Social Algorithm Specialist: Maintain continuous improvement based on real-time shifts in social platform search engines (Social Search).
- Growth Frameworks: Design A/B experiments focusing on hooks, formats, and distribution to optimize the audience acquisition funnel.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between the creative and marketing teams to align messaging with growth and monetization objectives.
- Distribution Strategy: Develop multi-platform organic distribution and amplification strategies, tailoring content to each algorithm's unique dynamics.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance metrics (Reach, Retention, Search Impressions) to iterate and refine the content production strategy.
About You:
- 4+ years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Growth, or Audience Development.
- Proven Record: Demonstrable success in growing audiences from scratch or scaling existing communities through social search tactics and recommendation algorithms.
- Professional English (C1): Ability to analyze global benchmarks and coordinate international strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, and social listening tools.
- Strategic Profile with high execution capacity and a data-driven mindset.
