As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Production Manager, F&B Infrastructure will lead all physical, technical and infrastructure related aspects of the F&B operation from a Production perspective. The role focuses on large scale temporary builds, utilities, compliance, provider coordination and on site execution, ensuring that all F&B areas are safely delivered, fully operational and aligned with the overall site build schedule and budget.
This role does not own the commercial strategy, brand selection or menu definition. It owns the physical delivery and technical execution of the F&B footprint.
You will be responsible for, ensuring constant alignment with Ops, F&B Lead and Commercial teams, integrating F&B into the overall production timeline and critical path, coordinating with other workstreams where infrastructure overlaps, as well as maintaining clear reporting on risks, blockers and budget impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- F&B Infrastructure Planning
- Translate the F&B masterplan into a feasible production and infrastructure plan
- Define structural needs for food courts, hospitality areas, bars, concessions and back of house
- Assess feasibility in terms of space, ground conditions, utilities and build sequencing
- Align F&B layout with crowd flows, safety requirements and access routes
- Identify infrastructure risks and mitigation plans
- Structures & Temporary Builds
- Lead procurement and coordination of structures, tents, containers, bars and custom builds
- Coordinate with providers such as Layher and other structural suppliers
- Ensure compliance with structural, fire and safety regulations
- Oversee technical drawings, load calculations and anchoring systems
- Supervise installation and dismantling within the master build schedule
- Utilities & Technical Integration
- Coordinate power distribution, load calculations and backup systems
- Oversee water supply, drainage and waste management integration
- Coordinate gas installations where applicable, ensuring full compliance
- Ensure correct routing and protection of cabling and pipework
- Align with IT on POS and connectivity requirements
- Vendor Technical Coordination
- Act as the main Production point of contact for all F&B vendors regarding infrastructure
- Review and approve vendor technical riders and requirements
- Ensure vendors comply with site regulations, safety standards and installation timelines
- Coordinate access windows, build slots and logistics for each vendor
- Monitor vendor readiness before live days
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all F&B structures and installations meet local regulations and permitting requirements
- Coordinate fire safety measures, extinguishers, emergency routes and signage
- Work closely with HSE teams to ensure safe operations
- Supervise corrective actions where needed
- On Site Delivery & Operations Support
- Oversee F&B build phase and manage daily production meetings related to F&B
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and utility issues during build and live days
- Coordinate rapid interventions in case of power, water or structural incidents
- Ensure smooth dismantling and site reinstatement
- Budget & Cost Control
- Manage F&B infrastructure budget from a Production perspective
- Track costs related to structures, utilities and technical providers
- Identify optimisation opportunities without compromising safety or quality
PROFILE
- Extensive experience in large scale event production, ideally with complex F&B operations
- Strong understanding of temporary structures, utilities and site builds
- Experience managing multiple vendors simultaneously
- Solid knowledge of health and safety and regulatory requirements
- Highly organised, decisive and comfortable operating in high pressure environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Ops, Commercial and Technical teams
