ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Management and leadership of the day-to-day operations of the IT user support team (circa 5 employees) 
  • Create and track roadmaps, objectives and KPIs for the team focused on growth and efficiencies.
  • Champion continuous improvement with processes and resources
  • Provide remote and onsite support users level 1 and 2 including equipment onboarding set up (Windows and MacOS) and Service desk support.
  • Manage and improve our computer systems including cloud directory, VPN, etc.
  • Support and improve our cybersecurity protocols
  • Responsible for IT material purchase, inventory, and management of all IT physical assets.

ABOUT YOU:

  • +3 years of experience in a similar position (IT support related).
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Experience installing and managing networks. 
  • Experience and knowledge with programming codes
  • Project management background is desirable
  • Good communication skills in English and Spanish (other languages are welcome)
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment would be a plus 
  • Be decisive and organised
