ABOUT THE ROLE

The Research team at Fever increases revenue and customer and partner satisfaction by identifying, developing and implementing improvements in the experiences we offer.

We work to make every experience 5⭐.

Your tasks will include:

  • Receiving and analysing feedback from customers, non-customers and partners.
  • Monitoring, and eventually establishing, measurements of key product metrics.
  • Mapping user journeys, with particular focus on painpoints and improvements.
  • Identifying business opportunities from the above, and any other research as relevant.
  • Designing and executing research methodologies to answer business questions.
  • Preparing & delivering concise, effective recommendations for teammates.
  • Supporting implementation of recommendations and tracking their business impact.
  • Working closely with teams such as UI/UX Design, Marketing, or Customer Service.
  • Learning from this all along the way, and getting better every time you do it.

In order to be successful in this role, you will:

On your 1st month at Fever you will

  • Be fully integrated with the Product Design team.
  • Get familiar with the tools and systems at your disposal.
  • Execute punctual tasks on ongoing projects and interpret results.

After 3 months at Fever you will:

  • Collaborate with Product & Design to develop prototypes for AB testing.
  • Lead punctual research projects supported by a senior member of the team.
  • Extract ideas from research and present design recommendations on known issues.

After 6 months at Fever you will:

  • Uncover unknown issues and collaborate with Product & Design to lead AB Testing.
  • Help prioritise research work and manage direct stakeholders.
  • Autonomously handle research projects end-to-end.

ABOUT YOU

  • Idiomatic fluency in English - Native is ideal, Bilingual is absolute minimum.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX Research.
  • Experience with Lean UX and Design Thinking.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira & Confluence.
  • Experience using tools such as Hotjar and Mixpanel to get quantitative data.
  • Experience elaborating hypotheses, designing methodologies and measuring AB test results.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Nice to have: previous experience in startups or very fast growth companies.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of the product cycle.
