About the role

  • Sitting at the intersection of business and engineering, Data Scientists work in several different capacities to improve the overall decision making capabilities at the company and connect people to the best and most relevant experiences.

  • You will devise models to drive campaign targeting and budget allocation to optimise the return of investment and efficiency of marketing campaigns.
  • You will design, execute, and analyze marketing optimisation experiments, leveraging statistics, econometric models, and causal inference techniques to determine the true impact of specific marketing interventions.
  • Data Scientists also form a tight-knit group constantly looking to upskill and learn from each other, share best practices and learnt lessons and generally foster a culture of excellence.
  • This is a highly visible role with a lot of potential to define the scope and strategy for this extremely important function. You'll play a key role in taking Fever's already vibrant data culture to the next level

  • You'll have already contributed significantly to advance a challenging Data Science project
  • You’ll participate in some of the hackdays or hackathons we organize with other teams

On your 6th month in Fever:

  • You'll have established yourself as a sought-after collaborator by our business and engineering partners
  • You’ll be mentoring other new joiners to the team and be an active contributor to the data science and analytics community at Fever, promoting best practices and fresh ideas to make the whole community more efficient
  • You’ll have significant input in the planning of the Data Science org and will also be able to influence our partners' roadmaps
