ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us and play a key role in rolling out our Crisis Management project like a pro! At Fever, our Security team is the ultimate line of defense, ensuring our company stays resilient and our employees feel safe, secure, and ready to conquer the day. You will be expected to:
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of crisis management tools and platforms to improve preparedness and response capabilities
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional meetings related to crisis preparedness
- Design & deliver training programs to equip Fever teams worldwide with crisis response know-how
- Draft incident reports & communicate key insights to leadership, project teams, and stakeholders
- Support crisis response efforts, ensuring the timely activation of protocols when needed
- Contribute to the development of escalation workflows, crisis response procedures, and documentation
- Develop and refine security incident guidelines and SOPs for global operations
- Assist in implementing and optimizing our Crisis Management framework
- Engage with key stakeholders across departments to ensure crisis protocols align company-wide
- Plan and conduct training sessions for different organizational levels on crisis response
- Draft and analyze intelligence reports related to security, operational, and reputational risks
In order to be successful in this role, you will:
- Experience in a Crisis Management role or similar support function
- Knowledge of incident handling standards, crisis methodology, frameworks, recommendations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Security, Criminology, International Relations, Sociology, or related careers.
- Speak fluent English, with fluency in other languages a plus (especially Spanish, French, or Portuguese)
- A proactive, innovative, and multi-tasking mindset
- Proven ability to work methodically and calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders—especially during sensitive situations
- Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of ownership over tasks
- Comfort in handling confidential and sensitive information
- The ability to work effectively in a global environment, dealing with teams across different regions (Americas, APAC, etc.)
- Strong organizational and project management skills

This role is based at Fever’s HQ in Madrid. While we offer flexibility with timing, if you’re currently living elsewhere, you should be prepared to relocate to Madrid.
