Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Global Producer to oversee the end-to-end production and scalability of creative initiatives across global regions. Based in Madrid, this figure will play an essential role in the development of the portfolio of Strategic Scalable events (the Innovation Hub of Fever). The role involves assessing creative concepts for feasibility & scalability, managing budgets and operational workflows, selecting and coordinating with trusted production partners, and leading project teams to deliver high-quality, scalable experiences. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, maintain production excellence, and foster continuous improvement through rigorous quality assurance and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Concept Assessment
- Translate creative concepts and visual references into practical implementation in terms of production
- Provide critical input to ensure creative ideas are executable within budgetary and operational constraints
- Assess the scalability potential of concepts in early stage development
Operational and Budget Management
- Manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency without compromising creative quality.
- Allocate resources effectively, coordinating with regional teams and external vendors to optimize outcomes.
- Implement standardized processes to streamline production workflows, ensuring scalability across regions.
Partner Selection
- Create the Request for Proposal (RFP) to ensure alignment with project goals, advising on key elements where needed
- Contribute to the selection of the production partner and their due diligence
- Review the scope of work and the deliverables to make sure they align with the project needs and its scalability
- Extend the network of trusted partners and professionals involved in the development of the new Strategic Scalable event
Project Leadership
- Oversee the planning and execution of multiple SSI’s across regions, ensuring alignment with global and local needs.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Present progress updates to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Act as a mentor to junior project managers and producers, guiding them through the creative and production process and fostering their professional growth.
- Clearly communicate expectations, project milestones, and any potential challenges.
Quality Assurance
- Establish and uphold creative and operational quality standards for all projects.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure deliverables meet creative and operational benchmarks.
- Gather and analyze feedback post-delivery to drive continuous improvement and document best practices for future projects.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely Delivery: Projects delivered on or ahead of schedule, with reduced delays due to misalignments.
- Production Quality: Audience and stakeholder feedback on the quality of live experiences, and the number of revisions required during production.
- Budget Adherence: Projects completed within or under budget, with minimal unplanned costs.
- Scalability: Introduction of new creative processes or technologies and scalability of operations while maintaining quality.
- Operational Efficiency: Reduced process redundancies, time to execution readiness, and streamlined workflows.
- Global and Regional Alignment: Positive feedback from regional teams, successful adaptation of global concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 5–8 years in live entertainment production (theatrical, live shows, immersive)
- Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Production, Fine Arts, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with global live entertainment markets, regional nuances, and emerging industry trends.
- English & Spanish required. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
