HRBP Fever Originals:

About Fever

Fever is the leading global platform for discovering live-entertainment experiences. With a presence in 100+ cities and a community of millions, we’re scaling fast — and we need top talent to help us keep up the pace.

We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team and play a key role in one of our most dynamic business units. This is not your typical HRBP role — you’ll work with high-performing, fast-moving teams, providing strategic and operational support to ensure both people and business goals are met with excellence.

About the Role

As HRBP at Fever, you’ll work hand-in-hand with senior leaders to shape team culture, boost performance, and strengthen engagement. You’ll own critical people processes and act as a trusted advisor to managers who expect partnership at a high level. This role is part of a strategic team supporting a high-impact area of the business, so we’re looking for someone experienced, sharp, and ready to hit the ground running.

You’ll work across three main pillars:

What You’ll Do

Performance Management

  • Lead the full cycle of performance reviews (semi-annual), driving calibration, consistency, and impact.
  • Support managers in translating feedback into actionable development plans and tracking progress.
Use performance data to generate insights and implement strategies that drive team and business growth.

Engagement & Culture

  • Design and lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and reinforce Fever’s fast-paced, mission-driven culture.
  • Analyze engagement data to surface key trends and design meaningful, action-oriented solutions.
  • Champion a culture of feedback, belonging, and accountability.

Manager Support & Team Development

  • Be a strategic advisor to senior managers, offering guidance on leadership, team structure, and conflict resolution.
  • Help leaders anticipate challenges, navigate change, and scale effectively.
  • Promote alignment across People processes and act as a connector between business needs and People team solutions.

About You

This is a senior-level role where you'll be expected to lead with autonomy, credibility, and confidence. We're looking for someone who brings both strategic depth and operational excellence.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

  • 7+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a senior People role, ideally in scaleups, tech environments, or high-performance teams.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level or above).
  • A degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • A strong analytical mindset and a data-first approach to decision-making.
  • Proven experience working directly with senior leadership and influencing at all levels.
  • Comfortable operating in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and high expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, sensitive, and high-stakes situations with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset and a bias for action — you anticipate needs, solve problems early, and own your outcomes.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to make a real impact in one of Fever’s most exciting business areas.
  • A fast-paced, collaborative, and international work environment.
  • Plenty of room to grow and develop within a global People team.
  • A modern office in the heart of Madrid and a hybrid work model that supports flexibility and balance.

Benefits

  • Attractive compensation package consisting of a competitive salary.
  • Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee.
  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader.
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences.
  • Work in a location in the heart of the city.
  • Home office-friendly.
  • Gympass Membership.
  • Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth.
  • A great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!
  • English Lessons.
  • We have free food, drink, and fruit at the office!
  • Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow
