About The Role:
- Assist in resolving tickets related to the sales system
- Support simple operational activities within the department
- Provide basic customer service, in person or by phone
- Organize and file documents
- Perform other administrative tasks aligned with the apprenticeship program
About You:
You are:
- Between 14 and 24 years old (in accordance with the Apprenticeship Law)
- Currently enrolled in or have completed high school (ensino médio)
- Communicative, responsible, and eager to learn
- Familiar with basic computer tools (a plus)
