Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
Responsibilities
Labor Support:
- Assist in labor data analysis and trends across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support labor expansion projects by researching employment regulations in new markets.
- Help in the creation and maintenance of labor-related documentation, including contracts and internal policies.
- Address employee queries on labor topics and work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance.
Global Mobility Support:
- Assist in coordinating the relocation process for employees moving internationally.
- Support with maintaining accurate records of work permits and visas, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
- Collaborate with external providers, such as immigration lawyers and tax consultants.
- Work with internal teams to optimize global mobility processes and ensure smooth transitions for employees.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
- Interest in labor law, global mobility, and international employment matters.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- English fluency (C1+); additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic, global environment.
