Fever is looking for an Exhibition Manager for an Art Exhibition event in Singapore.
Unlike traditional exhibitions, this art exhibition utilises technology and innovative thinking to create an experience considered by some as an artwork in itself. We are looking for a leader that is innovative and passionate about our exhibitions, as well as interested in making our exhibitions a great experience for everyone.
The Exhibition Manager is responsible for ensuring a high level of service to every guest and colleague that walks through our doors.
This role is responsible for all on site Human Resources (HR), ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed, and ensuring the upkeep/maintenance of the exhibition and the building itself are to a high standard at all times.
Requirements:
The Exhibition Manager must be able to:
- Act as a duty manager for the building
- Have experience in general HR practice
- Promote and maintain the highest standard of customer service
- Publicly represent our exhibition partners and the venue in a prepared and professional manner
- Demonstrate practical use of excel and word
- Confident and competent in the use of basic technology with an ability to troubleshoot on the spot
- Work unsocial hours as required
- Maintain confidentiality
- Be able to independently support and develop a team including managers, supervisors and guest assistants
- Undertake any other duties which may be reasonably requested to ensure the smooth running of the venue
- Be comfortable with assessing risk and able to manage building safety accordingly
- Be comfortable managing a budget and taking financial responsibility of the business
- Demonstrate a hands on lead by example approach to every working day
- Demonstrate the ability to coordinate events
Salary: Dependent on events and management experience.
