About the role:
The FO Production Accountant will be responsible for supporting the production team in the tracking of project costs, invoices, and payments. This role requires a highly organized individual who is detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to self-manage orders of priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Costs Tracking:
- Receive invoices from ongoing projects and file within provided system;
- Input invoices into costs tracker for each project;
- Work with production to project cash flow for project;
- Provide weekly reporting on projected costs trends for each project.
- Vendor Financial Onboarding:
- Process Vendor onboarding requests for Fever Originals projects, ensuring that the necessary information is received in a timely and complete manner;
- Review Vendor invoices to ensure correct formatting and information;
- Invoice Tracking & Payment:
- Ensure correct information is entered into Finance system for individual invoices;
- Track Vendor invoices and liaise with the Global Finance Team to ensure timely payment;
- Escalate missing and/or mis-paid invoices with Global Finance Team;
- Assist production in expediting key invoices as needed;
- Budget and Financial Administration Process:
- Identify areas for improvement in Production costs tracking processes and provide recommended solutions;
- Identify potential templates and software solutions for improvement of cost tracking processes;
- Work with Global Finance Team to improve overall financial processes, including rollout of new systems with Production team.
- Team Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate closely with FO teams to ensure vision is translated effectively into execution.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Producer and other team members as needed.
- Attend project finance meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute action items.
- Quality Control and Compliance:
- Ensure all invoices are checked for accuracy, including both Vendor-supplied information and Production fields;
- Troubleshoot missing, late, and incorrect invoices;
Qualifications
- Experience in entertainment, ideally live event, production accounting
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency Google Workspace. Project management skills software a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with a solutions mindset, excited to find new and better workflow processes.
Reporting Structure
The FO Production Accountant (Permanents & VR) will report directly to the Assistant Director of Production.
Key Performance Indicators
- Improvement in Cost Tracking accuracy and quality for Permanent & VR Projects
- Improved percentage of Fever Originals invoices paid on time and accurately
- Reduced percentage of vendor reachouts to other production personnel chasing payments, vendor setup emails, etc.

Our hiring process
- A 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit, and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min online test with three topics: logic, analytics, and written understanding
- A 30 min video call with your future manager, to further understand the details of the position/team/company
- A 45 min video call with your future manager, including questions about your profile and a business case presentation (to be prepared in advance)
On average our process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within a week.
