Who you'll work with
You will join our Montreal office, working closely with our teams and directly engaging with partners, providers, and venues. In this role, you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events by collaborating with teams across Marketing, Operations, and beyond.
The team you’re about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.
About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will help bring Fever Originals experiences to Canada by working across global and local teams. You will support the selection of experiences for the Canadian market, secure venues, oversee construction and production, and manage partner relationships. You’ll be responsible for ensuring events run smoothly, perform strongly, and set the stage for growth.
You will:
- Plan and launch events by supporting experience selection for the Canadian market, securing venues, and coordinating construction and production needs in tandem with the Production team
- Lead execution of events end-to-end, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment
- Analyze and optimize performance, tracking KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and driving process improvements
- Drive revenue growth by owning and managing P&Ls, monitoring sales, and ensuring events meet or exceed targets
- Build and manage partnerships with venues, agencies, and event organizers, expanding Fever’s local partner network
- Collaborate with internal teams across Production, Marketing, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, and User Support to deliver successful, scalable events
- Represent Fever externally at launches, industry events, and with local media and PR

You’re detail-oriented yet strategic, able to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and think bigger about how we grow and scale events across markets. This role requires both operational rigor and creative problem-solving. Candidates should be passionate about live entertainment and events, with the ability to balance strategic vision, operational excellence, and financial performance.
