About the Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious lawyer to join our international In-House Legal Team, supporting Fever’s fast-growing operations across Latin America. Reporting directly to the Lead Counsel LATAM, you will play a key role in enabling Fever’s continued regional expansion in LATAM.

As LATAM Legal Counsel, you will provide proactive, business-oriented legal support across a wide range of matters — from commercial contracts and corporate governance to regulatory and compliance issues. You’ll collaborate closely with teams such as Business Development, Tax, Finance, Product, Originals and Operations to provide pragmatic, solution-oriented legal guidance that supports Fever’s continued growth across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide legal support across LATAM on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance and enabling business growth.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).

  • Advise on corporate governance, entity management, and local legal requirements across LATAM jurisdictions.

  • Partner with internal teams (Business Development, Tax, Finance, Product, Operations, etc.) to provide clear, actionable legal advice.

  • Coordinate with external counsel and advisors in multiple jurisdictions.

  • Contribute to legal templates, playbooks, and process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across the region.

  • Support ongoing compliance and risk management initiatives.

About You

  • Qualified lawyer in at least one LATAM jurisdiction (preferrably Colombia, Peru, Mexico), ideally with experience managing cross-border matters in LATAM.

  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial, corporate, or transactional law (in-house or at a top law firm).

  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required; (Portuguese is a plus.)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable, with a business-oriented mindset.

  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working in an international, fast-paced environment.
