Who you'll work with
You will join our office in Madrid to work in teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues.
In this role you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events. To do so, you will interact with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations.
The team you’re about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.
Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday with possibility to work from home on Fridays.
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our team as Global Strategy Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the P&L of one of Fever’s largest partners. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, organisational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
You will:
- Lead a growing team of Project Managers that are responsible for the success of our partner’s events worldwide (over 20 countries).
- Provide a detailed analysis of opportunities and inefficiencies; proposing changes to operational processes; driving a high standard in execution; ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered while maintaining a high level of efficiency and profitability.
- Actively participate in partner negotiations, pipeline strategy, and serve as a point of escalation internally and externally for all matters related with the team.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Analyse key business metrics and help your team drive key cross-project initiatives to improve the performance and profitability of each event.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the organisation, working closely with department heads to implement changes.
Preferred Qualifications
You are degree qualified, with strong data analysis, oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detail-oriented, analytical mindset.
- 7+ years of experience in a related role or consulting background.
- You will have strong analytical, relationship management, and organisational skills.
- You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions.
- You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
- Fluent level of English
- Highly organised and efficient
- Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to make moves within teams happen
- Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts
- Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
- Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks
- Strong academic background

Our hiring process
- A 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit, and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min online test with three topics: logic, analytics, and written understanding
- A 30 min interview with your future manager
- A 45 min video call with your future manager, including questions about your profile and a business case presentation (to be prepared in advance)
On average our process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within a week.
