Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Ready to help define how safety, security, and resilience are built across one of Fever’s most dynamic regions?

We’re looking for a Senior Security Specialist to support Fever’s operations across Latin America. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone comfortable operating at the intersection of physical security, crisis management, and Health & Safety (H&S) — across both corporate environments and large-scale live experiences.

Reporting to the Physical Security Manager, with dotted-line alignment to the Global Crisis Management and Health & Safety teams, this role offers real ownership of regional security operations. The right candidate will lead day-to-day security activities, support crisis preparedness, and help ensure H&S standards are applied consistently — while adapting them to diverse local realities.

Acting as the main link between LATAM operations and Fever’s Global Safety & Security function in Madrid, this position offers the opportunity to shape regional practices, drive operational excellence, and strengthen organizational resilience — all while working closely with local senior leadership to ensure alignment and real impact.

From offices to high-profile live events, you’ll help turn global frameworks into practical, on-the-ground solutions in a fast-growing, international environment.

Your responsibilities will be the following in relation to both Corporate (workplaces and operations) and Events (productions, live experiences, etc.):

  • Drive the implementation and ongoing improvement of safety and security practices across Fever’s LATAM operations, adapting global standards to local realities.

  • Coordinate regional security activities in support of business-as-usual operations, stepping in directly for higher-risk or strategically relevant events when needed.

  • Oversee compliance and auditing activities, including multi-country audit plans, corrective actions, local regulatory compliance, and the management of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).

  • Assess risks across offices and events through site reviews, threat analysis, and operational evaluations, proposing proportionate mitigation measures and maintaining accurate records of the same.

  • Contribute to Health & Safety compliance efforts, including workplace reviews, safety audits, and engagement with local H&S providers.

  • Support incident and emergency response for corporate locations and events, working in coordination with local teams and global crisis structures.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Global Safety & Security, event teams, operations) and external partners (venues, vendors, security providers, authorities) to ensure coordinated planning and response.

  • Design and deliver training, briefings, and awareness activities to reinforce preparedness, escalation pathways, and crisis response.

  • Provide on-site security oversight and operational support during key events, including travel and non-standard working hours when required.

What we’re looking for:

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in security, risk management, crisis management, or Health & Safety, ideally in event-driven or multi-site environments.

  • Practical knowledge of security operations and risk assessment, with exposure to crisis or incident management processes.

  • Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and compliance expectations in corporate and event settings.

  • A self-directed, organized working style, with the ability to manage regional responsibilities with limited supervision.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across teams, cultures, and reporting lines.

  • Confidence operating on-site, responding to incidents, and supporting operations under time pressure.

  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.

  • Willingness to travel across LATAM and occasionally to the US.

Nice to have / considered a plus:

  • Experience delivering training or awareness initiatives.

  • Professional certifications (CPP, PSP, OSHA, IOSH or similar).
  • Portuguese proficiency.

You can expect to join a lovely team of diverse, hardworking and kind professionals, where a cultural fit is someone looking to have an impact and work nimbly. We will strive to provide you the tools and information needed to be successful at your role and grow professionally.

We welcome applications with unusual backgrounds with the expectation that the applicant will have acquired the necessary hard / soft skills and maturity throughout their experiences.

This position is based at Fever’s Mexico City office. Flexibility may be offered on the relocation timeline; however, relocation to Mexico City is required for the role.
