Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
- Analyze existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, manual effort, and automation opportunities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand end-to-end processes
- Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows using automation platforms, scripts, and AI-enabled tools
- Apply AI capabilities (e.g. generative AI, machine learning models, intelligent document processing, chatbots) to enhance decision-making and process performance
- Develop process documentation, flow diagrams, and automation specifications
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements
- Support change management by providing training, documentation, and user support for automated solutions
- Track and report on automation impact, including efficiency gains, cost savings, and quality improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, workflow optimization, process improvement, automation, or related roles
- Proven experience leading end-to-end automation initiatives, from opportunity identification through design, implementation, and optimization
- Strong experience working with automation platforms and tools, including workflow orchestration, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or low-code/no-code solutions
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI-enabled solutions (e.g., generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning-assisted workflows) to real business problem
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with minimal supervision
- Your are fluent in Spanish and English
