Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of global corporate security, risk management, resilience, and duty of care frameworks, including policies, protocols, and processes.
  • Support the design and implementation of crisis management processes across corporate functions and productions, ensuring clarity in roles, escalation, and decision-making.
  • Deliver intelligence-led risk assessments and resilience reviews for productions, corporate functions, and travel-related activities, translating complex risks into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Advise leadership during crises and major incidents, ensuring coordinated responses, informed decision-making, and structured post-incident reviews.
  • Strengthen travel security and duty of care frameworks, including risk assessments, traveler guidance, escalation protocols, and incident support.
  • Contribute to Fever’s expansion by proactively identifying and mitigating risks linked to new geographies, markets, business models, and team mobility.
  • Work transversally with teams across the business, helping to raise overall risk awareness and embed a strong resilience culture within Fever.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate security / intelligence / risk management.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading crisis management in international or multi-regional organizations, ideally in fast-moving or high-exposure environments.
  • Working in English is required; additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese are highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • High emotional intelligence and advanced communication skills, especially in sensitive or high-pressure scenarios.
  • Ability to influence and build trust with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time and project management skills.

You can expect to join a diverse, passionate, and supportive team of professionals who care about impact, collaboration, and growth, where a cultural fit is someone looking to have an impact and work with agility. We will strive to provide you the tools and information needed to be successful at your role and grow professionally.

We welcome applicants from varied and unconventional backgrounds with the expectation that the applicant will have acquired the necessary hard / soft skills and maturity throughout their experiences.

This role is located at Fever’s HQ in Madrid, and although we can be flexible with the timing you will be expected to move there if you are currently living elsewhere.
