Communications & PR
The Communications team shapes how Fever is perceived both inside and outside the company. What people see and hear matters, and our role is to ensure every message is clear, consistent, and aligned with Fever’s vision.

Internal Communications
We connect and align teams across the organization by sharing strategic updates, priorities, and milestones. By ensuring employees have access to the right information at the right time, we foster clarity, collaboration, and engagement at every level.

What You’ll Do
- Institutional monitoring: tracking political, legislative, and industry developments relevant to Fever (entertainment, tourism, culture, and sports), as well as preparing reports and strategic alerts.
- Partnership development: supporting the identification and outreach of institutional partners, preparing materials for meetings, and following up on agreements and collaborations.
- Institutional narrative: contributing to the drafting of communications, corporate presentations, and strategic documents for external stakeholders.
- Internal coordination: collaborating with Commercial, Production, and Content teams to ensure strategic alignment across initiatives with an institutional dimension.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- English High Level - native if possible
- Act as a true team player
- Possess strong communication skills
- Have initiative and ownership over work entrusted to you
- You are based in Madrid or willing to move
